There are several stories that indicate the history of the word jelqing. Jelqing is the art of penis exercises that make it grow one or the other way. In history men have gone to extrem and dangerous lenght to increase the size of their penises. Some manually stretched the shaft and some even used weights on the tip and the scrotum. Men go to desperate measures for a chance to enlarge their penis.
Jelq exercises don’t involve hanging weiths or other extreme measures but can be time consuming. However, research in the 1970’s showed an increase of penis lenght of up to 1.4 inches and an increase of penis girth of up to 1 inch. The research was carried out in the UK by Dr Brian Richards.
Daily jelq sessions should be around 20-30 minutes. The first step generally is to warm-up the penis and increase the blood flow. That’s best done taking a bath or a warm water towel applied to the penis.
The typical jelqing exercise can be described as milking the penis. The hand should grip the penis so no blood can escape. Then the milking exercise starts, literally forcing the blood towards the head of the penis.
100-200 movements is the average jelq workout. If there is any pain or the penis becomes errect the exercise has to stop immediately. After a years exercises, penis size increases, both in girth and lenght become apparent. Several inches in lenght are not uncommon.
